Unified Meditation for the Future of Oceans

The deep ocean is physically inaccessible in comparison to our ability to observe by looking up to the stars at night or through telescopes from the comfort of planet surface. It is a widespread habit for humans to look outside for the solutions rather than from within. We may seek answers to our purpose as humanity through space exploration when may first need to go deep within the inner core. This contemplation might be necessary to understand how much this generous planet and its oceans have to offer.

The blue oceans stretching across the planet are not just only beautiful to behold; they are
absolutely essential for survival. The seas cover more than 70% of the earth’s surface and hold about 97% of its water.

Despite the immensity of the oceans, they are fragile and increasingly under threat. The resources that oceans provide are being drained at enormous amounts. There is a high demand for safeguarding the oceans to ensure a healthier, more sustainable future for all life on Earth.

Some people may find that the only way to deal with this issue is to escape it, but where would you run to? The technology for safe human travel to other planets is yet to be finalized. Even we could travel to the far reaches of the galaxies without taking care of the planet first, we most likely might not be welcomed there (especially after what we did with our home planet and its oceans).

One can also say that a one person could not do enough, that the oceans are too vast or that I am a mere small man. That ‘how could just a one person defend the oceans from powerfilled corporations – since they may be the reason main polluting factor why we as humanity are in such bad shape in the first place?’ A one drop is a beginning of a big ocean. There is always a choice within our choises how we live and what we choose to use in daily consumption.

You may view yourself as that truly important a sincerely meaningful one drop in a huge cause for vast waters as poet Rumi reminds us: “You are not a drop in the ocean; you are the entire ocean in a drop.”

Embrace the power of your inner sea of consciousness and let your core connect with the frequency of the oceans, their multidimensionality, wisdom, depth, and its beings. The more people are truly tuned into the vibes of the oceans the more positive influence on our collective consciousness it will have. The power of the loving mind is a collective superpower we can use in group meditation, in affirmations, in attitudes for the good. Together. Across the seas.

Taking conscious individual responsibility for the deep value the oceans can lead to a ripple effect. It can motivate people around the world to cocreate much more sustainable relationships with the oceans. Unity is the nature of the oceans. They are for all and we all are for them.

The water cycles, the abilities of the human awareness yet not fully opened and the importance of all beings as part of nature is the spiritual core of biodiversity.

Meditating for the Oceans

Here is a suggested meditation exercise that you can do from the safety of your home. You can simply record the suggested visualization journey and use it as a guided meditation. Feel free to reach out with any related questions. You can even ask a friend to read the text out loud and meditate in a group. Please find a suitable meditations place and an appopriate time.
Estimated meditation duration: 30-50 minutes.

A Meditation for the Oceans

Find a comfortable place…
Relax.
Close your eyes so that nothing distracts you…
Relax.
Think of the word “tranquility” in a way you’ve never thought of it before….
Because now you will enter a state of tranquility…..
This tranquility will embrace your whole body – from your toes to the top of your head….
You feel calming down and opening yourself to connection to the seas with your minds eye….

So give yourself the opportunity to relax
Completely, totally relax, and find the state of full tranquility…
Now…focus your attention on your breathing….
Just breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Allow all the muscles around your face and your forehead to relax
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the shoulders…
begin to relax and calm down.
Breathe in… and breathe out.
You feel…as the state of tranquility…
spreading downwards through your neck to your shoulders.
Breathe in… and breathe out.
You can feel… the arms relaxing.
They are warm and heavy.
Breathe in… and breathe out.
Breathe in… and breathe out.
Your back relaxes.

All is comfortable and in a state of full tranquility.
Breathe in and breathe out.
The muscles around the chest are relaxed.
It feels good to breathe… to breathe so freely…
Breathing calms you down… and relaxes you.
Breathe in… and breathe out.
You feel… tranquility

Gently covering the abdomen… and thighs.
Breathe in… and breathe out.
Tranquility … embraces the knees… the feet… and toes…
Breathe in… and breathe out.
All the muscles…feel so good, so comfortable…..
You feel relaxed and at peace.
You can feel peace and tranquility …. throughout your body…
Breathe in… and breathe out.

Keep breathing. deeply relaxing into a state of full tranquility.
Now I’m going to count from ten to one…
And when I count to one, you will be in a deep state of relaxation and tranquility completely …
as you feel comfortable.
I’m going to start counting:

Ten.
You’re comfortable and relaxed. You’re resting.
Your consciousness is diving into a slumber….
The outside sounds fade away…

Focus your attention on your feet…
You feel the feet relaxing….
You feel the melting, soothing warmth welling up….
It covers your feet… and rises upward…..
The soft warmth rises upward, to the knees and thighs…
Knees and thighs are covered in feeling of warmth and tranquility …

Nine…
With each breath, you slowly sink down…
Down into pleasant slumber and peace…
Part of your consciousness is already asleep…

Eight…
A feeling of warmth and relaxation rises upward, to your belly…
You feel unity with the universe being settled into the abdomen…
And it feels safe, such a sense of peace…
Such a wonderful feeling of peace and tranquility ….

Seven.
A feeling of relaxation covers the chest…
Peace and tranquility in every muscle, in every cell of your chest…
The breathing is calm and feels light…
The calmness, the peace feeling…

Six…
Your mind is completely at rest…
You want to go deeper and deeper …
and sink more and more into a pleasant slumber….
You are quietly and peacefully resting….
All your worries are gone… all your anxieties have disappeared…
You are relaxed, calm, and in full state of tranquility….

Five.
Warmth and tranquility flows to the back…
Whole being warms and relaxes….
A natural energy rises up your spine….
You feel free… so relaxed as one with our planet..
Outside sounds relax you even more, distrubing none….

Four.
Your fingertips begin to relax…
A feeling of warmth and relaxation originates in them….
A warmth and peace rises upward to the elbows…..
A soft, pleasant warmth rises upward, to your elbows and shoulders…
The shoulders are warm and relaxed….

Three…
Your whole body is in a state of tranquility and relaxation…
The mind is calm and unconcerned….
Only tranquility…clarity..

Your body dives deeper and deeper…
Your neck feels light and free
Peace and relaxation in every cell of your body…
You are comfortable… peaceful…

Two…
A feeling of relaxation covers your face…
The muscles of the face relax…
The tongue is relaxed…

A cool, soft breeze smoothes your forehead….
Complete serenity…
Complete peace…
Complete tranquility

You feel all the remaining tension go away….
All cares and worries go away…
You are completely free of worries, anxieties and tension…

There’s nothing but peace and relaxation in the whole body.
You feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper ….
deeper and deeper into a deep state of relaxation and complete tranquility ….
Your imagination and visualization will relax you even more deeply….

A state of deeper tranquility will cover you more and more…
You will relax more and more…

A sense of unity rises. I am one with the Earth, the waters, the beings..
You will be able to observe your surroundings without emotion, as if from the outside….
Everything around you will immerse you in peace and relaxation….

You are now within your mind floating on the waves in the open ocean….with your face upward
Arms and legs are relaxed and holding you naturally still ….
You are forming a star figure with your body.

You feel how ocean waves gently keep you afloat, you feel safe a peaceful…
You slowly turn your body around and now you are floating on the waves with the face toward the deepness of the ocean

You feel safe and protected floating with the waves

Inside the mind you can easily breathe in and breathe out…even though your face is fully under the water..

You observe the rays of light dancing through the surface of the ocean all the way to the deepness of the ocean

You can feel how your body is submerging into the ocean deeper and deeper
You feel safe and you can breathe underwater
You going deeper and deeper until you reach the depth that is comfortable for you
Tune into the water that is around you

Water can hold information and connect you with the energy of the sea
Its spirit and all the living beings that live in the oceans.

Stay in this state of tranquility and relaxation while being inside the ocean
Allow the water to bring you information about the ocean and its spirit
Connect with all the living beings of the ocean
Plants, fish, mammals…and various sea creatures.

A lot of ocean inhabitants like dolphins and whales a telepathic and can communicate with you through feelings, visuals, and symbols.
Have a conversation with them, share how you live your life, ask about their life and how you can help them and the ocean

Allow the wisdom of the ocean to connect with your consciousness and share with you how to create a more sustainable relationship with the ocean.
Be in this dialogue with the ocean for the next five minutes…

Gently finish your conversation with the spirit of the ocean and its inhabitants
You may always be able to come back into this minds space to learn, and connect even more with the wisdom, power, and tranquility of the oceans.

You now feel slowly rising back to the surface
You are now floating on top of the ocean waves
they are softly swaying your body
You turn around and your face is now facing the sky
You become fully aware of your body

You slowly open your eyes and
remember this connection formed with the ocean
You are here and now in the comfort of your home.

Thank you for joining this meditation moment for the oceans.

Always use appropriate safety precautions by the vast seas and nature waters. Even the mind has multiple abilities for meditations practices and remote viewing, we must take in regard the limitations of a physical body – stay safe by the oceans and sea life.
