Eenie’s Sun and Sea Day – Feeling Good

“As today is so beautiful – sunny and warm – shall we go to see the sea?” Called Eenie to Meenie and Beenie in the morning just after waking up following a peaceful sleep!

“Yes, yes – we would love that”, replied Meenie and Beenie in unison.

“Perhaps Bo can find some transport – we can hitch a ride on his scooter? And maybe Su will come too?”. Bo had the most striking and colourful scooter which could easily carry them together to the beach, which was about quarter of a mile away – just a hop by scooter but quite a hike for snails, regardless of their eagerness to see the ocean!

“Let’s close our eyes, concentrate on this plan and imagine a relaxing day at the beach -if we go early we can find a nice quiet spot to picnic and watch the wonderful waves” suggested Eenie.

So Eenie, Meenie and Beenie paused with closed eyes to visualize the perfect day by the sea.
When they opened their eyes who was standing calmly in the garden –
“Bo! How super! It is so nice when we picture something or someone and they appear as if by magic, just as we imagined.”

“Hurray, how marvellous that you are here already!” said Meenie “Yes we must have sent you a special message”, chimed Beenie…

“Perhaps if we think of Su she will also show up like you have done Bo,” said Meenie.

‘Well, we can always try,” added Beenie, with a little less confidence.

“Actually, I can already picture her coming through the garden gate,” said Bo with utter belief.

“We have a seaside plan for today Su and we hope you will come with us”, invited Eenie.
“Yes you will make our plan and day even more perfect Su,” encouraged Meenie.

“Well, I must say that I suddenly thought about you all and that we should have a special outing today.”

“Wow. Our concentration and imagination made such a difference.
That is so helpful”, remarked Eenie.

We all know that our attention and positive energy can create fantastic results. We are really very powerful when we try -using our best efforts – and we are positive.

Eenie went to the gate and waited patiently, imagining and visualising the arrival of Su all the time. Then, after a few minutes there was a bright and cheerful “Good morning everyone!” …
Su had arrived just as they all hoped.

“Of course I am always delighted to come with you – wherever you are going!”, Su said in her friendly way.

We all know that friends and companions love to enjoy as much time as possible in togetherness and happy harmony wherever they are.

So without more ado Meenie joined Su to go on her gorgeous pink scooter –
“It’s absolutely gorgeous, Su,” exclaimed Meenie, “We can enjoy the wonderful ride in the sunshine, enjoying the breeze – feeling good!”

Right behind them came Eenie, Beenie and Bo.

As they reached Bo’s scooter Beenie said, “ I am really quite looking forward to seeing the sea again: thank you for taking us Bo”. Bo was very happy to be thanked and appreciated.

Eenie said,” Hurry up, we must catch up with Su as she knows the best beach to visit!”
We all know that positive thoughtful surprises and treats make everyone really happy!

“The Sun is setting and we should go back now, do you agree everyone?” Asked Bo “Yes you are absolutely right”, agreed the others.

“Let’s pack up and make sure that we do not leave any mess behind,” said Su.

“We are going to clean our scooters and put them away so that we can plan another trip soon”. “Good night and thank you again”, said Eenie, Meenie and Beenie in unison.

“I do really feel good!”

A Gorgeous, Special, Magical Eenie Day Together – that you can enjoy too!

Have you ever watched the sunrise?

‘Hello Everyone!” Called Eenie to his companions- and to the residents – in the Garden “Hello Eenie”; everyone reply together – in unison.

What do we mean when we say in unison? Is it the same as together? Is it at the same time? Are you feeling good this morning?

We all know that being grateful makes us feel good – and uplifts the person who we thank. Lovely, positive energy makes us all smile! Therefore if we are grateful every day everyone benefits!

So they got onboard the shiny blue scooter and had a marvellous trip to the seaside, where they spent several hours singing rhymes, watching the waves, enjoying Eenie balance and having a picnic – Su had brought a delicious hamper secretly which was filled with treats for everyone, as well as a colourful woollen rug and a few towels for all to use.

They found a lovely place to relax and enjoy the day together. They even met a few new friends, including Clara Crab and Lucy Lobster, who came to say hello – scuttling out from their rocky homes and hiding places. Even some visiting dogs cam to wave their tails and greet the companions. How much fun they had – and how super to watch the surf and hear the waves….

So they tidied up everything and happily prepared for the ride home…all feeling relaxed and a little tired – ready for a wonderful sleep filled with special dreams.

“Goodnight everyone”, Su and Bo said together to Eenie, Meenie and Beenie when they reached the garden.

“What more can you ask for than such lovely friends and a day of Sun and Sea”, murmured Eenie as he settled down to sleep in his favourite spot in the garden.

It is sunrise and this is Eenie’s time to greet the Sun as he comes up for the day – with anyone else in Eenie’s World who is awake and ready for the day.

“YES!”, is the reply. Can you describe what you mean when you say you feel good?

‘Oh, yes please”, they all chimed, “We love to spend all day together – that sounds gorgeous! “

“Wow that sounds wonderful – we love Special magic in Wonder Woods” said Meenie “Yes – it makes our lives even more magical!”, agreed Beenie.

Do you believe in magic? Can you think of a magical moment?

“Well, as the sky is so blue and there is no sign of any rain clouds shall we have a gorgeous Eenie day together?”, asks Eenie.

Do you understand what gorgeous means? Try to think of and write down an example of something gorgeous!

“Bo and Su have not arrived yet but we can plan a picnic in Wonder Woods if we are all ready to smile!”announces Eenie, “We can plan a Special game and enjoy the Special atmosphere – we can find some magic and music if we are ready!”

‘While we wait for Bo and Su to arrive let’s pause and be grateful for all we enjoy together every moment – let’s relax and remember all the lovely things in our lives, especially the kindness and friendship all around,” said Eenie.

So all the residents, of so many shapes and sizes, closed their eyes, paused quietly in the garden and became very, very calm. Even the bird songs were still for some moments!

The Sun shone brightly on all of them and bathed them in warm sunny rays…what a wonderful feeling! Feeling still and so good!

Just as they opened their eyes Bo came from the house and Su arrived at the garden gate! “Hello” they both called to everyone – enjoying an Eenie hello.

Bo and Su are delighted to be welcomed so beautifully- “Thank you so much” they say together. “What is the plan for today Eenie?” Asked Su.

Harry Hedgehog replied on behalf of all the residents, “ We were waiting for you and here you are, just on time! How marvellous!”

Do you know some Hedgehog facts? Write down three- like their colour, where they live and what they eat.

“I thought we could have a gorgeous day at Wonder Woods” – having a picnic and enjoying a little Wonder Woods magic!” Eenie replied!

Everyone lined up to go to Wonder Woods – all wearing a wonderful smile! – and just as they left the garden the magic arrow “This way to Wonder Woods” appeared and pointed toward the nearby stream….where water was gently running and a family of frogs was playing on the banks.

How many animals and insects do you see? Do you know what kind of creature Eenie and his companions are? Have you noticed the sounds animals and birds make when they talk with each other? Can you draw a family of frogs and give them names?

So many friends gathered that there was a huge line of smiling faces – such positive energy was just what was needed to create magic moments in Wonder Woods!

As they entered the Woods the Owl hooted with pleasure – seeing Eenie, his companions and all the friends he was determined to stay up on this gorgeous day.

Have you ever seen an Owl? Can you draw one? What is the sound they make – and when?

“YES YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS”, everyone responded.

Eenie quietened them all with his special sparkle and said:

“Please set out a wonderful picnic with delicious food that will satisfy everyone here, Ejan Elf”. “Your wish is my command” – replied Ejan Elf.

Let’s think about our favourite dishes and make a list of our top ten choices. Do you always wash your hands before your meals?

Eenie led the way to a beautiful spot, surrounded by many colourful flowers and mossy grass and fabulous trees….”Wodgee Dodgee” he said – which is a special Eenie Spell and which can be for the benefit of everyone, some or an individual and in English means Well Done -and from nowhere a wonderful Elf appeared*.

“I am Ejan and I am here to serve you for 5 minutes Eenie – what would you desire? Aren’t I gorgeous?”, asked Ejan Elf.

With a wonderful sweep of his amazing arms Ejan Elf produced such a feast that everyone was absolutely thrilled and delighted- whatever food was the favourite of each guest appeared from nowhere!” Everyone relaxed with delight – and went to the stream to wash their hands – and settled down to the gorgeous picnic.

After five minutes Evan Elf was nowhere to be seen – no sign of him apart from a message in the sky: “Always enjoy a Gorgeous Eenie Day Together and Feel Good”.

Explanatory Note – Elves generally seem to have been thought of as beings with magical powers and supernatural beauty, ambivalent towards everyday people. They may be called creatures of high fantasy. By contrast low fantasy is characterized by being set in earth, the primary or real world, or a rational and familiar fictional world with the inclusion of magical elements – like Eenie. If you ever feel a little low you can always talk to Ejan Elf.
